The MTU 1800KW open-frame high-voltage parallel diesel generator is equipped with the original Mercedes-Benz MTU 16V4000G63F diesel engine. With a prime power of 1800KW and a standby power of 2000KW, it is suitable for high-voltage parallel operation and serves as a core industrial high-power power supply equipment. Adopting an open-frame structure, the unit features efficient heat dissipation and convenient maintenance, which can quickly realize parallel operation of multiple units, meet the dynamic power supply needs of large-scale scenarios, and greatly improve power supply stability and redundancy.
The diesel engine adopts a 16-cylinder V-type structure with a displacement of 76.30L and a speed of 1500R/MIN. The high-pressure common rail speed regulation method combined with turbocharged air intake ensures a low rated oil consumption of 1.00g/kw.h, achieving significant energy saving and consumption reduction effects. It also has excellent impact resistance and can operate stably for a long time, adapting to harsh industrial environments. The generator is a medium-voltage brushless three-phase AC synchronous type, with AVR automatic voltage regulation, an output voltage of 10.5KV, pure copper windings and Class H insulation, and a protection level of IP23, providing efficient, safe and stable power supply, suitable for the power demand of high-voltage industrial scenarios.
Widely used in factories, mines, oilfields, data centers, large-scale infrastructure projects and other scenarios, the product can be used as a prime power supply or emergency backup power supply.
