FAQ
Q:How do I choose the right generator power?
A:Choose based on total load plus 20%—30% margin. For motor loads, consider startup current – select 3-5 times the rated power.
Q:What is the difference between prime power and standby power?
A:Prime power is for continuous use, allowing 10% overload for 1 hour every 12 hours. Standby power is for emergency use, usually no more than 200 hours per year.
Q:Does it support ATS automatic transfer?
A:Yes, optional ATS for auto start on power failure and auto stop on restoration.
Q:What is the noise level? Can it be used in residential areas?
A:Open type: 85-95dB(A)@7m. Silent type: 65-75dB(A)@7m. Silent models suit residential areas, hospitals, and hotels.
Q:What emission standards and certifications are available?
A:Available in National II/Ⅲ, EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4, etc. Common certifications include CE, ISO9001, EPA, UL, etc., depending on the target market.
Q:What is the maintenance schedule?
A:First oil change at 20 hours, then every 100–250 hours or every 6 months for oil and filters.
Q:What about warranty, payment, lead time, and MOQ?
A:Standard warranty 1 year or 1,000 hours, extendable. Payment: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight. Lead time: 15–25 days standard, 30–45 days customized. MOQ is usually 1 unit, OEM supported.
Q:Why your price is higher than others?
A:Some competitors quote fake low prices to attract orders. When you receive the goods, you will find the unit fails to reach the rated power and does not match what you ordered. You will waste your money in the end. Please do not be misled by extremely low prices.
